What I Worked On

  • Built and operated a men’s fashion store based on a pre-order model, with a 7-day turnaround from order to delivery.

  • Set up and managed the entire Shopee storefront, including product listing, pricing, and order flow.

  • Handled all business operations independently: product sourcing, marketing, customer service, packaging, and delivery.

  • Designed basic brand identity (name, tone of voice, store visuals) to align with Gen Z aesthetics.

  • Responded to inquiries, supported customers during the buying journey, and managed post-sale feedback.
